American individualist anarchists’ critique of the democratic state

RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of this paper is to investigate major premisses American individualist anarchist movement as the critique toward constitutional democratic state.
 THE PROBLEM AND METHODS: Paper analyses premises that led anarchists formulate their thesis about supreme character individual rights and sovereignty. Consequently, brought them conclusion such defined sovereignty irreconcilable with any form government, including democracy.
 PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: After taking preliminary considerations, reconstructing development theory examines shortcomings state pointed out by anarchists.
 RESULTS: result study clarify Individualist Anarchists state, state. Also, elaborate why classical elements like judicial control, constitution, legal protection was not perceived sufficient legitimise political authority such.
 CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, RECOMMENDATIONS: Adopting anarchists’ perspective introducing into discourse stateless order possible alternative allows introduce more critical voices original shortages in legitimization power.
